Unused credits
If you haven't used the credits from a pack, you can ask for your money back within [DECIDE: number of days] of buying it. Packs you have partly used: [DECIDE: partial refunds, e.g. pro rata within the window, or none] [REVIEW]
How a refund works
- Write to support@tellmecad.com from your account's email address and tell us which purchase it is.
- We refund through Creem to the card or account you paid with. How soon the money arrives depends on your bank.
- The refunded credits come off your balance. A partial refund takes back credits in proportion to the money returned.
What isn't refunded
- Credits you have already used. [DECIDE: exceptions, e.g. steps that failed through our fault]
- Free starter credits, which were never paid for.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. A chargeback takes back the credits left from that purchase and may suspend your account until the dispute is settled (see the terms of use).
